Consent issued 20 Sept 2021. Project value c£80m. Wavegarden is a world leading patented inland surf technology. This is the company’s first wavegarden.
The Company has active discussions in UK and the Gulf in relation to new projects.
Major Port Regeneration, Scotland
Appointed as preferred developer for £200m+ redevelopment of the 26 acre former ferry port in Stranraer. JV with Dumfries and Galloway Council.
Tunbridge Wells
£80m former ABC Cinema site. Mixed use, 7 storey town centre development comprising shops, restaurants, cinema, medical centre, offices and flats. JV with Altitude. Sold to Elysian 2019
